Brake Cylinder

The brake cylinder is an indispensable chassis brake part of the brake system. Its main function is to push the brake pads,  the brake pads rub against the brake drum. Reduce the speed of the vehicle  stand still. After the brake is stepped on, the master cylinder generates thrust to press the hydraulic oil to the sub-cylinder,  the piston inside the custom-made sub-cylinder of the brake master cylinder starts to move under hydraulic pressure to push the brake pads.

The hydraulic brake is composed of the brake master cylinder  the brake oil storage tank. They are connected to the brake pedal at one end  the brake hose at the other end. Brake fluid is stored in the brake master cylinder,  there are oil outlets  oil inlets.

Heavy-duty trucks use air brakes,  ordinary cars use oil brakes, so the automobile brake master cylinder  brake cylinder are both hydraulic brake pumps. The brake cylinder (hydraulic brake pump) is an indispensable part of the brake system. When you step on the brake plate during braking, the brake master cylinder sends the brake fluid to the brake cylinders through the pipeline. The brake sub-cylinder has a connecting rod that controls the brake shoes  brake pads. When braking, the brake fluid in the brake hose pushes the connecting rod on the brake cylinder, so that the brake shoes tighten the flange on the wheel to stop the wheel. The technical requirements of the car's brake cylinder are very high, because it directly affects human life.
