1. Manual exhaust method: use your foot to step on the clutch pedal, step down lift up repeat the action. When you feel strong when stepping on the clutch pedal, use a wrench to loosen the booster bleed screw plug to exhaust exhaust. Then tighten the bleed screw plug repeat the action several times until the air in the hydraulic pipeline is exhausted.

2. Auxiliary exhaust method: Use a rubber tube with a suitable length, one end is connected to the air source, one end is aligned with the vent hole on the oil storage tank cover. Use air pressure to exhaust. When exhausting, first vent the screw on the booster. A transparent plastic tube is installed on the plug, the other end of the plastic tube is aligned with a clean container. The air pressure should be greater than 300kPa, otherwise it will cause damage to the oil storage tank. Loosen the booster bleed screw plug to exhaust.

3. Mechanical exhaust method: It is carried out on a special clutch exhaust machine, which has two oil pipes of appropriate length. The oil delivery pipe end is connected to the oil storage tank port, the oil return pipe is connected to the booster bleed screw plug. Press the start button the working hydraulic oil will quickly exhaust the air in the hydraulic pipeline under the push of the oil pump. Tighten the bleed screw plug remove the oil pipe. When exhausting the clutch hydraulic pipeline, no matter which method is used, after exhausting, the oil volume in the oil storage tank should remain 4/5 of the tank body. It should be supplemented in time when it is insufficient.
